This individual will report directly to the Office Manager and will support them in many day to day tasks. The main responsibilities of the Office Administrator are:

– Handle phones and email correspondence

– Manage schedules and meetings for senior management

– Support bookkeeping procedures

– Maintain employee and client file database

– Reporting and presentation preparation if needed

– Coordinate all office activities

– Ensure all office compliance is being followed

– Supervise admin staff and schedule tasks

Qualifications:

– 1 to 2 years of Office Administration Experience
